The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. “Our stay at Place d'Armes was great! The location is absolutely perfect. It's walking distance to the main streets like Bourbon but far away enough that it isn't loud at night. The hotel itself has a beautiful courtyard and pool area which looks so much better in person than in the photos. The staff were also fantastic and friendly. We loved our stay”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
