“Very cool hotel”

“這家比較偏民宿而非飯店，停車就是停在民宿前的巷子沒有停車場。但這家地點太棒了，到Bourbon、Riverwalk、Smoothie King Center都可以用走的，紐奧良黑人多，但this city is build by black，城市跟周遭環境其實超安全，極推薦。”

“I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar ”

“Love staying at the Pontchartrain Hotel. We have made this our regular spot when we visit NOLA. The area is beautiful with so many places to see and to eat. The Tin Roof bar on the roof is fantastic with a spectacular view, and cafe and restaurant in the hotel are very good. We walk through the garden district every morning and evening and love that the streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. It’s just a short ride (or $10 Lyft/uber) to the French quarter. The staff is super friendly and……

“The place was very nice. The neighborhood is a bit dicey. There were a few communication issues, and the door code had problems though they did get solved. There were enough kitchen and bath items, and that was appreciated. I was offered an additional night at a reduced rate, accepted, and was glad of the offer.”

“The location is in the city center, easy to go anywhere. But if you drive by yourself, it is inconvenient to park, and the cleanliness of the room is average. When we first arrived, the bathroom was very smelly, and there was no exhaust fan to dispel the smell.”
