“Lovely swimming pool, friendly staff, generally nice atmosphere. But limited meal options, particularly for children at breakfast, and 3 nights of our stay were frustrating due to being "upgraded" to a room that we didn't book, which was much worse than what we had booked. The hotel eventually corrected this error, but it shouldn't have happened - we booked 9-10+ months early to avoid this sort of thing. “The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Didnt feel safe in this area. The property is outdated and a bit shabby. The couch in our living room was broken. Sitting on it you would sink in and legs would rest on the hard edge. Definitely needs to be updated and upgraded”
