“Excellent reception by Mary. She informed us of all landmarks in town and made dinner reservation on our behalf. I had also booked a room for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and when we got back for touring the city, the rooms were nicely decorated with rose leaves and a bottle of Prosecco on the house. “Older building with updated rooms on the 3rd floor (actually had an adjoining hotel across the hall that we breakfasted with). A bit confusing about how to get in building to check-in, so make sure you have good phone service. You have to buzz the adjoining hotel. They offer early check-in, and though our room wasn’t ready they offered breakfast while we waited. Clerk super helpful with mapping out sightseeing and transportation. Everyone was super pleasant and accommodating.”
