“Though the room was spacious the shower in the on suite needs updating The bar in the room had only one bottle of water. We dined in the restaurant which was quite busy my meal was fine but my wife chose the filet steak which was served on mashed potato . Unfortunately the sinus had not been properly trimmed which spoilt the meal as my wife was struggled to cut what was edible To top it all I was given €4 discount from the €29 charge for the filet ”

I enjoy the stay so so much! a warm welcome by the front staff during the checkin. lovely room and around 10mins walk from terminal. not too near and not too far. outside is bus station / train station, but I do enjoy the Florence walk instead of taking any transportation. Value for money, surely will stay again when I come visit Florence next time. ”
