“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”

“非常好的体验。位于佛罗伦萨近郊的村庄山上，空气非常好。虽然感觉距离市区有些远，但是坐公交车也只是十几分钟，有公交车直达火车站，所以也非常方便。客房只有六个，我们订了四个，其实就是一个小别墅，有庭院，可以在庭院里享受早餐和下午茶，休闲住宿是个非常好的地方。尤其是店老板是一家三口，非常热心，在出租车没有约到的情况下愿意开车送我们去机场，让我们非常感动。”

“酒店距离佛罗伦萨ZTL不远，步行至大教堂和米开基罗广场差不多半个小时的时间，客房很干净明亮，早餐不错，不限量，可自取，前台也热情，住了一晚，没啥可抱怨的。对自驾客来说，最合适，省缺了停车的麻烦。缺点：就是大门容易错过，如果导航要求“右转”的话，你要在前面小路马上右转，因为在向前十米就是一条有红绿灯的大道，如果你在这右转的话，就错过酒店的大门了。又要绕一圈回来了，就像我一样。”

“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.”

“Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. Very walkable to either side of the river, we took a bus a couple times and then just went on foot for everything else. Storage lockers in……

“Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”
