“Lovely hotel tucked away from the hustle of Florence in Oltarno. Great location, away from tourist hot spot & 10 min walk to Ponte Vechio bridge. Hotel was a stunning tradional building, with an exceptional room. Lovely, helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying when visiting Florence.”

“This hotel was absolutely amazing, location was close to all the major attractions in the city but very quiet and peaceful in the evening at the end of the day. The room that we were allocated was bright, clean well finished with quirky furniture and fittings. Breakfast every morning was a complete joy from the buffet bar selection to the homemade baking. We stayed 5 nights and will definitely return in the future. 100% perfection,well done Stella d’Italia.”

“Location is good and close to most major attractions. Walking from train station takes about 10mins. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is great with freshly baked cakes everyday. ”

“Lovely, lovely place. Location is 100% perfect for solo women traveler. Beds are hard but when a mattress topper is put on, they are very comfortable. The only downside is that rugs and upholstery need replaced as they are worn out, and faded. But it was immaculately clean and a robe, slippers and mini refrigerator are supplied. All staff were incredibly accommodating. I hated to leave but want to return someday, and I plan to stay there again.”
