“The hotel is in a very picturesque setting in rural Chenies. We had a spacious, spotless room and a large ensuite bathroom with shower. Everything was in good condition and the sheets and towels were of excellent quality. Having a fridge was also very useful. The evening meal was tasty, though the choices were limited, as there had been problems with deliveries. The full English breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. “Our stay at the hotel was good overall. We had two issues. firstly it says there is parking on site, what it doesnt say (until after you have booked) is that there is a £15 per day charge for payking. Secondly our room was very noisy until gone 1am. We think there is roof access for staffabove the room we were in. We complained on the second night (as we gave them the benefit of the doubt on the first night). After we complained it was quieter.”
