“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.”

“服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。”

“整體來說還不錯，早餐好吃樣式多，提供完整衛浴用品，地點相當方便，離大教堂非常近，只是巷弄太小車子進不來，需要接送的話，要走出巷子，館內有個小電梯，房間有點小但還算舒適，分離式冷氣不怕吸到別人的二手菸，櫃檯人員英文還算不錯。 不過喝到一個果汁是苦的，不過第二天就沒出現了”

“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……

“It's a pleasant stay. I was there for 3 nights. The staff were able to provide timely support and assistance. They were really helpful and friendly. The location is quite near to the old town and the lake. The room was in general clean. There's little room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but just a little. There's slight odour.”
