“We have stayed here twice in the last two months. Both rooms were immaculately clean! Front office staff was pleasant and accommodating both times (It was the same woman both times...I just can't remember her name. ) If you are going to stay here, you so need to bring a hair dryer, conditioner (shampoo is provided), creamer( if you don't like French vanilla)”

“The perfect place to stage a tour of local wineries and dining in Staunton. The apartment itself is beautiful with fantastic touches like a huge shower, room controlled temperatures and modern flooring and appliances. Highly recommend a stay here. We’ll be back!”

“This property is like staying in someone's home. There's a few imperfections here and there, but it's clean well stocked and fairly easy to get to. There are three different fast food restaurants directly across the street.My only issue is that it's a little noisy because it's on the main road and traffic is going by at all hours. But it was much better than a hotel where that there might have been noise in a hallway or from adjacent rooms, so we were all very pleased with the value of staying……

“Couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Location was very walkable to restaurants, breweries, and museums. I felt safe walking alone in the area when I wasn’t with my friends. Easy, cheap parking. Property was clean, well stocked, and looked just like the photos. “The Hallow is the perfect place to stay to explore Shenandoah National Park! 10 minute easy drive. Ruth and her family do a fantastic job hosting! Warm welcome, Very clean and comfortable! “We had a fabulous time!! We loved how clean and fresh everything looked! The fabulous little town within walking distance. We did the Let’s Roam app and explored all over by walking!! The only negative thing was the smell when you first walked in. Some air freshener plug ins may be helpful. But other than that it was really a great place. We will book again!!! ”

Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions.”
