“Louis was amazing. We have never had a more helpful or polite/cordial person. He was very informative and made the stay a pleasant one. Property is fine. Very conveniently located. Bar a slight disappointment but the bartender tried to be accommodating. ”

“Excellent for a one night stay prior to a cruise. Hostess was very responsive and helpful. Disliked nothing but was not aware that my room would be upstairs, a flight of many stairs so that my main suitcase spent the night downstairs. ”

“I found my room very clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. It has been a very long time since I have had to go out of my room for the loo or a shower but it’s not hard to get used to it again. My only issue is that having seen a laundry basket opposite my door I thought that I was supposed to strip the bed which I did and found stained pillows and badly torn duvet. Didn’t ”
