“Great resort although it is a bit tired. The bed was super comfy and the room a good size but the bathroom is dated. The clubhouse and restaurant is modern and well presented although during a torrential rainstorm the balcony roof leaked like a sieve. Staff were friendly enough although rule followers with no flexibility on how customer should work over their process. I would stay again. Pretty good value for money. The Chicken Fried Chicken dish in the restaurant is the best.”

“It was our first time at the property and my family absolutely LOVED the experience. We had a lot of friends recommend that we summer vacation with JW Marriott HC as opposed to flying to a summer vacation. We were very impressed and our kids had a blast. Activities were great, staff was incredible, convenience factor was awesome, I spoke with Daisy a manager there (I didn't request a manager, I just got lucky that she picked up the phone) and was super sweet and accommodated us incredibly well.……

“This was an excellent hotel. It is affordable and they even throw in a free breakfast for every day. It is not a buffet, but you get to order off the menu. We were very pleased with our stay at the Doubletree Northwest.”
