“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“It was conveniently located. Beautiful. The staff experience was exceptional! The pool was lovely. The poolside service was exceptional. My only complaint would be we had terrible WiFi both in our room and on our patio. We were in poolside room 115. We actually had better service walking way out by the pool, than in our room. Other than that it was just the rest and relaxation we wanted!”
