“Lovely stay, good location and super friendly staff. Car parking is an issue as mostly permit holders unless you want to pay £14 a day. Walked everywhere we needed to once we found a space. Good continental breakfast enhanced by Valentina’s happy service! Room a bit small especially the bathroom and no lift (luckily we were only on the second floor and only had a small overnight case). Individually decorated and tastefully styled rooms. ”

“Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests. “It was a sweet little room, with small balcony to front over looking some greenery. Bed was soft, plenty of sockets and WiFi and lighting. Wasn’t much noise when we stayed so slept well. The only issue was the smell coming from the en-suite which wasn’t very nice for the price that was charged . Was close to shops and Brighton centre where we were watching a comedy show.”

“The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation……

“Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms”
