“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Very clean and comfy room, facilities were nice and was great for a single night stay. Disappointed with the parking as was advertised as secure parking, yet I was guided to park in the middle of a set of storage units at the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and hotel looked well kept, nice location too.”

“The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,……

“Very comfortable and beautifully clean room and en-suite. Staff all very friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Was delighted to receive a welcome email with key information a few days before arrival - requested a mattress topper and it was in place when we arrived. Breakfast absolutely gorgeous, treat to have proper toast not just warm bread. Staff serving breakfast particularly caring and helpful - 1st time we’ve ever tipped breakfast waiting team in hotel! ……

“Great location and beautiful view in front of the pier. Bathroom was the best thing in the room, can tell that it has been renovated. Much room for improvement on housekeeping and the rest of the room, such as windows and cleaniness of appliances like hairdryer and kettle. Fair deal in terms of what we paid.
