“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“The staff were exceptional. Tamang checked us in and out. He was so helpful assisting with my husband who is on crutches and considerate with the anniversary treats sent to our room. Breakfast had a good choice and was being frequently replenished. The room was very very quiet and we both slept well.”

“We loved the addition of the lemon muffin and porridge for breakfast. Entire stay was comfortable and check in was smooth. With the hotel being above a pub, it is loud at times but not a huge problem for us. The place is very clean and includes useful amenities. Would definitely stay again and recommend. ”
