“The employees were all great. Helpful and friendly. My only issue is with the accessibility. The handicap elevator that goes to street level, lobby level and dining room was constantly breaking down The door wouldn't open, but there was usually someone with me to get help. Today, however, I got stuck on the lift and no one answered the emergency phone or responded to the alarm. There's also an issue with accessing the complimentary breakfast. “First off, parking is not free here. You either find a place on the street which is difficult and confusing or you park at a public lot which you pay per hour OR you pay for valet. When we were booking the hotel we saw, parking available and thought that meant free parking. That’s not the case. That being said the location was really nice.
