“The hotel itself is fine. The property is fairly new and immaculate. Each room comes with a microwave, sink, and mini-refrigerator. The rooms are air conditioned and the windows can be opened if you prefer. The shower provides excellent temperature and water pressure. The main issue with the property is the location, the area around it is a bit grungy and the location is a bit far from Central Paris. “Spent extra money for a high-end view room and when arrived at 2pm I was told that they are fully booked. People need to send email to choose room in advance despite of preorder. However, no information was provided when you book it. You just spent extra money for nothing.”

“我兩間房間，每間房住宿11晚。第一、該酒店只供應第一晚的茶包、咖啡包與礦泉水，之後都要付費。第二、11晚中只清潔房間一次，額外清潔房間需收費，這不合理。第三、巴黎的這等級酒店大部分沒配空調，配電風扇。這間酒店配的電風扇出風面太小，我前幾晚住宿時巴黎氣溫高，晚上睡覺時酷暑難眠。第四、服務人員堪稱親切。”
