“Chewton Glen is a glorious hotel with fabulous, well cared for grounds. “Lovely hotel !! The service was excellent throughout and the room lovely. The food in the upper deck was fantastic and the drinks on the lawn were very enjoyable. Only small gripe was that the room was extremely hot and the wedding guests from the wedding that was also going on were very loud below the room so we could not open the window. Would definitely return”

“Hotel is in a perfect location and walkable to some excellent local restaurants. Spa facilities were really lovely. For the amount paid I did expect a better room and bathroom facilities as these were looking a bit tired. I was a little surprised to have to pay extra for any hot breakfast choices ( this was in our booking terms but I’d not read the details in full, my miss). The continental buffet was very fresh and well stocked. Whilst we enjoyed our stay I did expect a bit better quality room……

“The weather was fantastic, came here for a baby shower, that was amazing, hotel were so helpful, really couldn't do enough, staff are lovely, friendly, accomadating, helpful, really fantastic, would definitely stay again.”

We stay in plenty of hotels throughout the country and this is probably the best we have found in quite some time.”
