“The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms were vintage but very clean. My one single complaint is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms, but the location, service, and rooms more than make up for it. “Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable.
