“Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets……

“Mukava kokemus hotellista. Huone oli siisti, kaikki tarvittava löytyi huoneesta. Aamupalalla sai tarpeeksi syödäkseen. Kuntosalikin löytyi hotellista, harmi vain ettei sitä ehtinyt käyttää. Sijainti oli erinomainen metroaseman vieressä, helppo lähteä päivän rientoihin. Ja vaikka sijainti olikin aseman kupeessa niin silti paikka oli rauhallinen ja turvallinen. Todella mukava vastaanottovirkailija kun saavuimme majoitukseen. Suosittelisin muillekin ja itse majoittuisin uudestaan. Kiitos!”

“Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. “Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”

The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door.
