“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”

“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.”

“Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”

“Good location. Amazing staff. They are so nice and helpful and kind. This location does need to be more clear about how to enter the facility. There is not a clear location - just a door in the middle of the city. Need a sign or something to signal the hotel.”
