“On June 16-17, there were heavy water leaking from the ac in the midnights. The staff who came didn’t apologise. He gave us towels on the floor and left immediately. I met the manager next day he apologised but yet I didn’t receive any compensation in return of the disturb of sleep during midnight and my luggages belongings got wet. Because I booked the stay through Expedia, I couldn’t get any compensation even though the hotel manager said the hotel should refund me. I’m not asking for full……

“This four star hotel is very worth to stay. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Located near the city center. Staff is very polite and the breakfast is great.”

“位置比較好，可方便來往火車站、購物、食市地方。房間地方比較闊寬，容易放置行李及用品。至於早餐比較一般，不要有太大期望。房間收費會一早過數，如果退房要額外收費。接待員很有禮貌，有介紹當地名勝，亦有介紹怎樣由酒店去名勝地方，值得一讚。房間毛巾不足夠，只提供每人一條毛巾，洗澡抺身及普通抺臉都是通一條。”

“Nieuw hotel. Kamer wordt dagelijks opgeruimd. Helaas is het zwembad niet het hele jaar door geopend, seizoensafhankelijk. In mei nog gesloten. Personeel bij het inchecken is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tram van het vliegveld naar het stadscentrum stopt voor het hotel. Slechts 2 tramhaltes naar het centrum.”
