“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.”

“入住當天到了飯店門口竟然大門深鎖，我只好帶著家人到隔壁飯店詢問，隔壁飯店很熱心請我們稍後，他幫我們聯絡該飯店經理。等了一會兒，終於跟飯店經理通上電話，經理說因為飯店熱水管破裂無法營業，希望我們暫住隔壁飯店，他願意支付一切額外費用。 我非常不滿意的原因有二： 1. 飯店無法營業卻未第一時間通知，如果不是我們主動到隔壁飯店詢問，可能就被放鴿子在飯店門口了。 2. 我們訂的是一大床一小床的三人房型，但後來在隔壁飯店入住的卻是一大床的房型，還要臨時加床。飯店經理說願意支付一切額外費用，但實際入住的房價或許比我們預定的還便宜。”

“今次旅程主要住在舊城區這間酒店，房間算是寬敞，當然說不上豪華，但勝在交通方便，好多景點都可以行到去，職員服務態度良好，很好的住宿體驗。”

“A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise……
