“We were so happy with our stay here! The walk to the beach is just minutes away with private beach access. They had a beach wagon & umbrella we used, some of the chairs & boogie boards were broken, so we opted to just use our towels. The House itself had plenty of towels, and each bathroom had soaps, aloe, and linen spray. Wish the kitchen was equipped with some type of Tupperware, foil, or ziplocks, there were not containers to pack lunches with, if you’re doing a grocery list & plan on packing……

“Perfect location for our beach vacation. We hosted our kids and grand kids (3 couples and 3 kids). Loved the quiet neighborhood, and short walk to the amazing beach! The house has a bedroom and bathroom on each level.”

“Great house....great location.....did think the home was "under furnished"....no 2nd bedside table in either of the master bedrooms...no tables/ extra space in main living area to store/drop items....limited lighting in main living area....just needs extra decorating ....very little art/ pictures...it would feel more relaxing/homey with additional decor”

“We typically stay right on the beach when visiting 30A, but we wanted to try something different this time. I’m so glad we did! The house is in incredible shape, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our two oldest kids (7 & 5) LOVED the pool. It’s a perfect size and depth. The beach is right around a 10 minute walk with kids, so not bad at all. Beachfront condos are great, but you can’t beat having your own space to spread out and relax. Property manager was very fast to respond to a……
