“We’ve had a good experience, all staff were very kind. The only thing that we had problems was getting at the building, the map showed us another location and we’re lost for a while. ”
“I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful.
Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure.
The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. ”
“We had an accessible room as my wife has mobility issues. It was one of the best we’ve stayed in with lots of space and a wet room shower that actually worked properly without flooding the whole room”
“The Ariana is so close to Willesden Junction, its an easy walk.
The service was swift and welcoming.
Food was really good and the room clean / spacious. A great stay.”
“Nice and friendly staff, helpful and active
I rented a car to drive by myself and the hotel staff offered me a car park space although the car park was full that evening.
”
“Don’t go this hotel. You better to stay in a hostel than here. There is no sound isolation in the room at all. Someone walk in the upper floor makes huge noise, someone pee in the next room, you hear everything. The door lock is broken, the carpet is dirty and broken. The only positive thing is the reception guy. Just pay a bit more and go somewhere else ”
