“Staff are nice and helpful ”

“一切都很好，除了一進門撲鼻而來的煙味。可能是前一位房客有吸菸。對於沒抽煙的我們，真的有點難忍受。不過幾天後有漸漸消除了。除了這點，我媽媽住的非常開心。”

“Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. ”

“We stayed for a concert at Wembley and the receptionist was so helpful in informing us how to get there and advised us to go earlier than we had planned to experience the fan park, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were very comfy and breakfast was great. Late checkout at 12pm was greatly appreciated after a late night and made it a leisurely stay. We will definitely be back.”

“Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the apartment. There was plenty of space and the two bathrooms were a major convenience. We would have appreciated if all the beds had sheets on them- we had to get the sheets from the closet and make the beds ourselves. But other than that, we were very pleased and would recommend the stay, especially to anyone attending an event at Wembley. It is literally a stone's throw away from the stadium.”

“Don’t go this hotel. You better to stay in a hostel than here. There is no sound isolation in the room at all. Someone walk in the upper floor makes huge noise, someone pee in the next room, you hear everything. The door lock is broken, the carpet is dirty and broken. The only positive thing is the reception guy. Just pay a bit more and go somewhere else ”

“Service is very friendly. Breakfast is so nice and variable. Bar is good. Room is so clean everyday. Location is a little far from the station which might need around 10~15 minutes walk.”
