“Need take a bus and walk few mins to get the hotel, The room is very clean and comfortable, room is not big but bathroom is. There are only three rooms provided with a very village bar on the ground floor, also it is the reception desk for you. The served breakfast is big size with toast, pastry, jam, cream, cearels with hot tea or coffee. Not sure if can choose hot british breakfast or need to pay for it in the bar. overall is good with nice staff if you want to have a quiet vacation in a nice……

“The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info. Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. “Beautiful hotel built in 1881, and updated tastefully. Superior deluxe room was spectacular. Would recommend to all and definitely stay again. Gives an authentic English feel to staying near London. Bus stop just a few blocks away made it convenient to use transportation. Can use all buses and get to train station via the bus. ”

"We lived in this hotel in 2023 summer, we loved it as the rooms were cozy and provided good breakfast. So we decided to come back again in 2025, the receptionist lady was rude and we were being told that we reserved the " budgeted room" in the front desk. We reserved the standard room!!! The staffs there are generally not helpful. I sent email to them for confirm the bookings, nearly no reply. We loved the breakfast provided in 2023, but the food now are not fresh with limited variety. Some customers complaint to the manager there. We were disappointed about the services provided. "
