“Easy to book, staff were really accommodating and helpful, great hotel all around”

“The property was basic, as expected, but the host's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and erratic. After honestly correcting a simple booking mistake (one guest instead of two) and promptly offering payment, the host initially seemed polite but slow to respond. Things turned serious when I accidentally locked myself out of the bedroom—without shoes or phone—and urgently contacted him via my smartwatch. He claimed he'd arrive in an hour but vanished for hours, ignoring multiple calls.……

Contacted the Office and this was corrected immediately. The no.19a bus goes to the 'Shirley' area, just ask the driver to put you off at the Howard Road bus stop. Take the 1st left and you are on Howard Road and the Guest House is on the right. The full address of your premises needs to include……

“When we arrived, he wasn't sure if I had a booking. Waiting outside the property in the pouring rain for 40mins before I got in. When I called they didn't pick up and there was no in the property to assist. The password gave was the wrong one initially and then messaged the right one after waiting for over 40mins. The toilet seat is right by a radiator and could sit properly as the heater continuesly touch you and heat burns. When we entered we had to clean the toilets as they were let dirty.……
