“This resort was amazing. They have everything to offer with fun activities and several pools. Swim up bar adult pool, as well as an activity pool. Incredible rooms including suites, singles and much more. The staff is amazing. In particular Norma was an amazing server at the pools. Also I would like to give Carmen a huge shout out. She was always on top of activities. Extremely eccentric, kind, as well as always interacting with all of the guests. Will be returning in the next few months. ”

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“This was our second time staying at the Playa Grande in the past 4 months. And we came back because of how much we enjoyed our first stay in March. From the beautiful drive in, the lobby, the rooms and the grounds, its just very well run and taken care of. Some will say it seems a bit dated (maybe early 2000's?), its still very tasteful, classy and looks good to us. “This resort wow’d my husband and I. From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the surroundings and staff. They never missed a beat. We were treated to incredible food and staff that were so well trained and were a delight to spend time with. The resort is clean and very well taken care of. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and this was the most enjoyable all inclusive we have ever been to. We would recommend the Reserve Level here it’s definitely with the extra money. “One of the best hotel stays I have experienced. I don’t say this often but I would definitely return when visiting Mexico again. The experience was nearly perfect. Additional comments below are to help improve future experiences. The concierge’s lack the motivation to share the night life were limited.
