“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……

“First thing is, we were only allowed one parking pass for our room, understandable but they didn’t offer any assistance in helping us find parking nearby ( there is none) so the hotel next door was nice enough to give us a pass for their lot. Upon arrival the check in was easy, just used the door codes. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped it would be. Hair on the ground and stuff.a lot of the furniture was broken, the couch felt very nasty and the cushions fell off every time we sat down.……

“This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. ”

“It was clean. The view was spectacular. The beachfront was amazing. Walking the beachfront every morning and evening, you could walk for miles.”

“The place was nice. I noticed it wasn't no dish cloth or pods for the dish washer. The rags and towels wasn't so clean. I had to rewashed them, because the had dirt stain and some of the kitchen utensils wasn't really clean. Other than that everything else was good. The place was spacious and really nice.”

“Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. ”
