“My wife and I loved this property! Each house there has varying view angles of the mountains and city below, and we were very impressed with how amazing it looked. It was also very clean and felt like a home away from home. It’s also surprising how close you are to the city of Gatlinburg and the national park trails. The only problem we experienced was getting a text/email with instructions on how to enter the property. I had to contact the company the day before our trip, and they confirmed……

“The cabin was incredible. The place was spotless clean, had great amenities like a hot tub, jacuzzi, and foosball table pass the time, own parking spot was perfect, and neighbors were far enough they weren’t a bother if they wanted to be loud. No complaints about the property at all. Only warning is that the roads to get there are narrow and having bigger vehicles would take up too much space on the road. The roads aren’t really up to the property owners to deal with so it didn’t influence how I……

“Some basic areas need attention. The upstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in water. Unable to use dryer because the off/on knob was broken. One end of the recliner couch was broken, The deck and railing is in need of repair. Could use an overall Spring Cleaning.”

“We had a great time at Sugar Bear. The cabin was very clean and having four bedrooms was awesome. This cabin definitely beats other "cabins" available for rent (those "cabins" are packed together in a field... this one is actually quite secluded in the mountain). The drive up is a bit scary at first, but after doing it once it was a breeze. Saw a bear the first time we went up which was really cool. The kids loved access to Netflix, and we loved the full kitchen to save some money on meals.……

“Absolutely perfect! We spent five nights at this beautiful cabin in Pigeon Forge, and everything was just amazing. The cabin was spotless, well-equipped, and had breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax, yet close enough to all the attractions. The cozy atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. ”

“Didn’t provide anything to make coffee, no trash bags to clean up. Only 1 washing pos for the laundry. Cobwebs everywhere as if no one’s been there in months. No salt or pepper or anything to help cook other than pots and pans. Roaches here n there. ”

“We enjoyed our family trip and our stay in “The Edge of Glory” cabin. The views were amazing. We had fun playing pool and soaking in the hot tub. We also enjoyed a movie on the huge tv downstairs. The only issue was the gas fireplace flames were barely visible so we did not have the cozy fire we were hoping for. But the communication with Eden Crest was always prompt & easy. We look forward to visiting again. ”
