“An absolutely delightful group of individuals who assisted with all the pre-planning paperwork and details to assure our smooth arrival. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. Care was certainly given to provide a comfortable space to reside for our 6 nights. Appliances were very clean and operable. Security in the building is absolutely wonderful. "The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
