“房间很小，淋浴房更小!不知道那些胖老外怎么忍受。最受不了的是民宿在3层，大楼竟然没有电梯，扛行李那个累啊！早餐太简单：咖啡，面包。水果蓝里第一天有6个苹果，6个橙子，6个猕猴桃（我们一行6人），第二天就是剩下的，没有添加。第三天，我提出来要水果，不得已在冰箱里找到2个苹果。我们看到还有酸奶，她不好意思了，捧出一大盒让我们挑选。老板娘很热情，和意大利客人非常能聊天，喋喋不休……我实在忍不住打断她，请她给我们咖啡。我们入座了，面包却没有好，看到餐桌上放着饼干点心，她却说不是供我们食用的!仅供意大利客人!有区别吗？是我们的房价便宜吗？”

“The hotel really should be a 5 star hotel. We travel to Florence twice a year and could not be more impressed with this hidden gem. It is in a small private courtyard and a five minute walk to the Duomo. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and the maid service is outstanding.
