“Stunning property with exceptional staff. The room was very large, well lit, had multiple reading and sitting areas, and was beautifully decorated. “What a gorgeous room! Art Deco design with plenty of space and amenities. We stayed in a King deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, wardrobe, dresser and anything else you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed breakfast one morning (not included), which was delicious. Location was great as well. I would definitely book this hotel again!”

“We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, safe, and well-kept, with friendly staff and a very comfortable, firm bed that looked brand new. If your room faces the street, you’ll have a lovely river view, though it can be a bit noisy at times. The location is excellent — all major attractions are within a 10–25 minute walk. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there’s a supermarket just 5–10 minutes away where you can easily find everything you need. The TV includes YouTube and other……

“We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!”

“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.”

“We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot……
