“This is overall a beautiful hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Its right on the beach. Scenery perfect. However, I was disappointed for 4-5 star hotel in regards to service and cleanliness. My room was not very clean. The shower was dirty and the soap had makeup stains (I assume) on it. When housekeeping came, they did not throw out my trash, merely placed it near where my clothes were. They didn't replenish items in the bathroom. When I checked in, I wasnt given an overview of the property, etc.……
