“Correu tudo muito bem, exceto o estacionamento que segundo referiram na Recepção, pelo facto da estadia não ter sido reservada diretamente através do próprio hotel, não poderia ser gratuita, tendo um custo de 10€/dia. Não achei muito aceitável porque na verdade o hóspede paga o valor diretamente no hotel e fica alojado no mesmo, devendo ter direito a estacionamento do próprio hotel.”

“Se me hizo mas como un hotel de 4* La atención del personal bastsnte normal y mi llegada no me dieron el beneficio VIP siendo yo platinum, El cuarto esta muy sencillo, no hay shampoo y acondicionador , solo shampoo y gel de baño en uno solo. El agua que te ponen de complemento no te la cambian diario. El desayuno esta bien, pero nada fuera de lo normal. Se me hizo un poco caro, para lo que es, no se siente lujoso para 5*. Al final de mi estadía si me respetaron el late check out ”

“What a wonderful place to end our two week vacation in Portugal, with two days at this resort. Wonderful amenities, and we use the spa services, eight at the restaurant and enjoyed the pool, saunas and loved our studio suite as well! You can walk to some great little nearby bars and eateries and enjoy the beautiful view across the bay of Lisbon.”

“I really liked the modern design in an heritage building. Stayed in the studio for four nights and it has a kitchen with everything you need. The team is amazing, gave me really good trendy restaurants recommendations. They are also very helpful and responsive when you asked them questions on WhatsApp. The restaurant Santa Joana and the bar Spiritland were amazing. Great design, food and amazing friendly team. Great vibes overall and would stay again. ”
