“WOW!!!!! This was hands down our favorite hotel experience and cannot wait to get back! Everything was clean and Tony at the front desk was extremely patient and answered all of our questions as this was our first time staying at the resort. “I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible.
