“Staff were nice. View was mid, river seem kinda dirty. Abit out of the way from major attractions but wasn’t super far. I might have left my brushes behind as I was rushing and called front desk after I checked up, to my surprise they weren’t able to find my reservation. ( I only checked out few hrs ago) and was hoping to confirm I really left it behind, front desk asked for an email but never gotten back to me so that was a bummer. Regardless the room was very clean. ”

“This is SUCH a nice hotel. I always seem to sleep very well here - maybe because the bedding is so good. And lots of rather nice, inventive teas/drinks to try! Real, fresh milk in the (silent!) fridge too. The two Bromley railway stations (Bromley North is closer) give easy access to central London, making a stay at Brama a great alternative to somewhere twice the price and half the quality. Highly recommended.”

“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though. Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
