“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“Great place to stay and very good location. Very clean room and immaculate bathroom. Well appointed. A deluxe double room without a window was a bit dark, would have been nice to know this when booking. Probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than 1 night because of that. However the properly was very clean, easy to check in and very reasonably priced”

“Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch. Area around the property has construction (there is generally a ton of roadwork in London, and the area is still being developed in places), hence the 4 stars on that aspect. The entire staff was amazing, from housekeeping, to the doormen, to room service, to concierge services, to the front desk, the……

“I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. ”
