“Not a bad place to stay, it is on the edge of Gatlinburg. And not in the middle of the hustle, which made it a lot better. I loved the blinds, the room was great. The shower head needs to be moved up some. I am 5'2" and still touched it with my head. Great view, if you get river front. The staff wasn't to friendly. Was greeted, and that was about it. They didn't try to make you feel welcome. ”

“The water heater in the unit is probably on its way out. It kept the water hot just enough for 3 out of the 5 members during our stay. The other 2 had cold water showers which was not desirable.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”
