“Loved the resort on a whole BUT the main reason we picked this hotel was for the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Hot tub was warm and pool was frigid. It was really disappointing. We were there for 6 days and only saw one adult go in the pool. Lazy river temp was good. Stayed at a Dollywood resort first and temp was wonderful, would stay there for entire stay next time. Also no bureau in room that sleeps 6. It was a little challenging to stay organized. All staff were great and no issues……

“Beautiful lodge and very cozy. Great views from all sides of hotel ,clean and modern. Only grievance was the man at the front desk was cold and stern when I was checking in , and there was mold in the shower ... something you don't expect at a stay like this . But nothing too serious from not booking here again in the future. ”

“Check in and out was a breeze and staff was very friendly. This is not a newer facility, but the room was clean and was kept that way by the staff. We chose creekside and the views and sounds were very relaxing. The free breakfast was a little carb heavy but there is a great restaurant for breakfast right across the street with excellent prices . Overall I would stay again.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”
