“I had a very good experience here. It was my birthday and the resort really made me feel special. Once we got our rooms the next day the front desk associate David had them decorate my room! It was such a nice touch. Everyone is super friendly. Oscar the associate that helped us get the massages was the best! He greeted us everyday and was very nice. The resort and rooms are very clean. The food is good. There's a total of 2 restaurants you can book reservations for. Both were good. The food……

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area .
