“Customer service was 200%. Carlos BB, the bellhop was great. He provided us with info about the Hotel and the nearby areas. Dafne at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to up grade our room at our request. Maggie and Karla at the restaurant were very friendly and provided us with great customer service. “It is not as big as the other ones that we normally know from all inclusives BUT staff is trained, they are fast, they are nice, food is good, drinks are nice and the hotel is renovated so everything is clean and neat. I just stayed for the night so did not have the opportunity to try the restaurants but the breakfast buffet and the dinner place with the ocean view aside of the pool was 10/10. Yes I recommend, yes it a very nice option if you are looking for something not expensive but good. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area .
