“Very nice front desk staff”

“整體住宿非常好，唯一是住在一樓房間靠近餐廳那間，早晨會被餐廳工作的人員吵到，餐具、開關櫥櫃的聲響非常大聲。”

“Excellent stay….. Kensington Merit Hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, perfect heating, storage, coffee and tea, large tv and amazing bathroom and shower. Everything modern and brand new and all controls (shower/tv/heating) easy to use….which is not always the case with other hotels. 100% recommend. Very good value too. ”

“The first room we were put in was in the basement, it was stinky and the room wasn't very clean. Hair on the shower walls and the extra pillow.. They moved us to a different room on an upper floor which was much better, clean and no smell.”

“酒店位置非常好，就在地鐵站出口。有點兒舊，整體清潔情況都不錯。由於早機到達倫敦希斯路機場，大概11:00 已經到達酒店。我都冇期望可以即時check in 取房。於是放下行李，前枱通知大概下午兩點回酒店正常可以取到房。下午2:00回前枱說還未有房可以取，但如果肯加錢就可以立即有一間大少少的房可以取。我不同意，她說你要再等到3:00 先可以取房。2:30 再問另一女職員，她也堅持3:00 才可以取房。但如果肯加錢立即有。我唯有等到3:00 先取房。在等候期間見很多比我遲來check in 都可以取到房。非常憤怒。我不相信有數百間房的酒店真的要等到正式入住時間先可以空到一間房給我。在大堂呆等了個多鐘，從來未試過這種待遇，永遠不會再訂這間酒店的房😡😡😡”
