“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“The resort is facing to ocean and close to beach.the resort’s view is beautiful but the room wasn’t good as I feel 5 star resort could be ”

“The room service wasn’t that good, thy told us we can ask for room service but they told us that they don’t have that service. There was a leak in the room, so it was really slippery and my mom fall down and hit her head. The pool was really good, the people working there were really nice, the bar at the lobby was good too, I loved the access to the beach.”

“been here for 10 times - love it , lots of improvements but still room for more. 1. Bahia App - cannot order room service on Android, cannot see my past reservations, cannot see other hotels activities (important), stil limeted other options. 2. bars - quality of liquors in all bars went low dramatically - 90% of liquors are local. 3. restaurants - the restaurants menu doesnt change over years, the quality of appetizers and fish as main dish are very good but the quality of meat needs……
