“I recently stayed at the Ciqala Hotel in Puerto Rico over the weekend and had a great experience. The room service was excellent—prompt and attentive to every detail. Breakfast each morning was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere in San Juan!”

“Didn’t know that we would have others downstairs unit, since it indicated whole house. It worked out perfectly since they were quiet and respectful. Hot water was actually warm, but we figured if you ran it first a while it was good.Lots of neighborhood traffic with loud musicSuggestion: Living chairs were not comfortable so suggesting getting a couch or maybe two more recliners that worked perfectly.The house and yard was kept up beautifully. Enjoyed our backyard stay. Beach was walking……

“靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。”

“This property was perfect for our family of 3. With wonderful beach access, a full kitchen and a grocery store across the street, our stay was comfortable and easy. There are 2 ok restaurants at the resort but not stellar. The staff was friendly, hospitable and kind. We look forward to returning in the future. ”
