“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “Wander and Ellie (the concierge) gave top notch hospitality from beginning to end! Food over at the spoon was great as well. Friday night pool party was everything! Champagne Saturday was great as well. The beach had a lot of seaweed but it was ok. Overall, we will be back! ”

“The room service wasn’t that good, thy told us we can ask for room service but they told us that they don’t have that service. There was a leak in the room, so it was really slippery and my mom fall down and hit her head. The pool was really good, the people working there were really nice, the bar at the lobby was good too, I loved the access to the beach.”

“Property is massive, lots of walking to get around unless you get a cart driver. There are not frequent carts to around to assist. Some of the staff did not like to help or go beyond to satisfy the customers. For example my husband at breakfast ask for milk for his oat milk once we were seated, the waiter had the milk for coffee but scolded him for not getting it at the buffet area. It was very harsh. Many of the servers look upset to be in the line of service. Customers satisfaction is poor.……
