“The Valet person was a handsome young Japanese mix man I think his name started with a K.. he was helpful & made you feel welcome. He gave a short but good informative tour of the hotel. The staff in the Restaraunt during breakfast were so friendly & very quick to be of service, our server was another young man named Ned? I hope there is a person with that name. would definitely come back again. Mahalo Mr. & Mrs. J. DeMello of maui. ”

“I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.”
