The rooms are intimate and perfect for a couples get away…food at both Bardo and Vida(sister restaurant) were really good and we did a couples massage with Abagail Gloria…OMG, they were the best! Alexandro up front helped us out and Martine at Vida was so good! We will definitely be back”

“Loved this place! Totally walkable to major shopping centers plus all local amenities. Perfectly situated so you can bike or scooter to the beaches and ruins. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. There was no hot water at any of the sinks, so we boiled water in the kettle for washing dishes and shaving for the men. We ran into trouble with the air……
