“Chewton Glen is a glorious hotel with fabulous, well cared for grounds. “The evening meal was was expensive but good. The wine prices were prohibitive. We only wanted glasses from the per glass list but bought a bottle which was good but the per glass price was obviously designed to make us do that. We dined elsewhere on the remaining two nights of our stay. Breakfast was excellent.”

“The Room was good and included a Nespresso Coffee machine and good quality teabags. I especially liked the large Bath sheets. Above all the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The side of the property which is on a main road looked a little uninviting.Unfortunately the traffic causes dirt to splash up onto the windows.Overall I would recommend the Cromwell Arms.”

“Great hotel with plenty of parking. It’s a very short walk to the town centre & marsh land. The only downside is the price of the food and drinks, the food was lovely but I’ve had the same for a lot less money. I would still come here again. USB ports in our room. Comfortable bed.
