“Had no light bulbs and no shower gel, made reception aware. Only offered us a late check out which we couldn’t use as we needed to leave before original check out time. Didn’t really help or accommodate for the lack of lighting & soap. I’d stay here again though. ”

“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”

“So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and……
