“The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is in a central downtown location that is easily accessible to different areas of NOLA but still nice and quiet. Tim was an outstanding staff member that stood out to us during the entirety of the trip. Not only was he kind, sincere, and professional, but he made it his business to remember our names. “We reserved a room with king bed. But we were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The staff said it’s because we made the reservation on third party app and there was no available king bed. But I remember the prices for king bed and double beds are different. The king bed was higher. And when we asked the front desk if we can switch to a king bed room after the first night should it be available, the staff said “it will be a busy weekend. Why do you guys want a king bed room?? “Great location within shopping and a short walk to the french quarter. New building and it smells new. Our room was an interior room with a tiny window that we couldn't see out of, but beds were comfortable and tv was big. The maid helped us figure out the thermostat but the standing lamp didn't work. The wood floors need a mopping but overall, it was a nice place and the price was right.”
